Toronto is where most of our Canadian orders go, and getting a dress here is simpler than ordering from a British or Australian label. Everything leaves our warehouse in Calgary, so your parcel never crosses a border.
How your order reaches Toronto
- 2–4 business days by tracked courier once the order is dispatched.
- Free over $250, a flat $21 below that.
- No customs charges, no import duties, no brokerage fees. The price at checkout is the price you pay — which is not the case when a dress ships from the UK or Australia.
- Signature on delivery, with tracking emailed the moment the parcel leaves us.
We deliver across the whole GTA on the same terms: Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill and Oakville.
What Toronto tends to order
The city runs on events. Wedding season stretches from May to October and spills into the Muskoka weekends; the autumn brings galas, corporate evenings and the film-festival circuit; December fills with office parties. What that means in practice: guests need something that photographs well and survives a long night, not something delicate.

Sizing, from a distance
We are not in Toronto, so you cannot try before you buy — which makes sizing the thing to get right first time. Take your measurements at home (our ten-minute guide covers it) and check them against the size chart. If it still isn't right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
