Shipping Delivery
All CLIPSE orders are shipped using trusted international courier services such as FedEx, UPS, and other reliable delivery partners.
For security and reliability, all deliveries are sent using a tracked service with signature confirmation upon delivery. This ensures that your order can be safely delivered and properly received.
We select the most suitable courier depending on the destination country and shipping region. Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific delivery carrier, as this is determined by our logistics team to ensure the most efficient delivery.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel, either at a residential or business address. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notification card so that a re-delivery can be arranged or the parcel can be collected from the local depot or pickup point.
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Any applicable customs duties or taxes must be paid by the recipient.
Please do not refuse delivery of your order. If a delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any customs charges incurred. If a refund is issued, these costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please note that CLIPSE does not accept responsibility for orders delivered to shipping companies, parcel forwarding services, or freight forwarders. Once the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. Any further shipping, handling, delays, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery to a forwarding service will be at the customer’s own risk.
Orders are considered successfully delivered once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
All international orders are shipped from our Eastern European fulfillment warehouse. Orders are carefully processed and dispatched by our logistics team to ensure safe and reliable delivery worldwide.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. The estimated delivery timeframes below already include an additional buffer of up to 7 days to account for potential delays related to customs clearance, local carriers, or peak shipping periods.
Estimated International Delivery Times
- United Kingdom: approximately 5–10 business days
- European Union: approximately 4–9 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: approximately 10–18 business days
- Middle East: approximately 8–16 business days
- Asia: approximately 8–16 business days
- Rest of the World: approximately 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs procedures, local postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All international orders are shipped using tracked courier services, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. CLIPSE does not control and cannot predict these charges.
All orders for the United States and Canada are shipped from our Canadian fulfillment warehouse. This allows us to provide faster and more reliable delivery across North America.
Orders are processed on business days Monday to Friday. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier operations.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier schedules, or other circumstances outside of our control.
At this time, we do not offer weekend delivery, next-day delivery, or Saturday delivery services.
Please also note that delivery may not be available to certain remote or non-continental locations. This may include regions such as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. If your address falls within one of these locations, our team may contact you to arrange an alternative shipping solution or cancel the order if delivery is not possible.
