How free courier delivery works

1. Add what you like to the cart and enter your postal code in the Free courier delivery box.
2. Pick a day and a time window — morning 10:00–14:00, afternoon 14:00–18:00 or evening 18:00–21:00.
3. Tell us how to reach you — WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS or a phone call. We message to confirm before the courier sets out.
4. At checkout choose Local delivery — free. That is the whole cost: zero.

Try two sizes at the door

The hardest part of buying a dress online is the size. In Calgary you don’t have to guess: ask for a second size in the cart and the courier brings both.

• You try them on while the courier waits.
• The one that doesn’t fit goes straight back with them.
• You are charged only for the dress you keep — nothing to post back, no return label, no waiting for a refund.

It works best on corset and bustier styles, where a single centimetre decides the fit, and on anything you plan to wear to a fixed date — a wedding, a graduation, a party where there is no time for a second attempt.

All Calgary postal codes: T1Y, T2A–T2Z and T3A–T3T. Beyond the city on the same free terms: Airdrie (T4A, T4B), Cochrane (T4C), Okotoks (T1S) and Chestermere (T1X). Outside that zone the order ships by tracked courier — free over $250, flat $21 below.

Our Calgary address is a warehouse, not a showroom, so there is nothing to visit — we bring the dress to you instead. For in-person fittings our boutique is in New York, 419 Broome St.

July turns the city inside out. Whatever you wear has to survive a long day and a change of venue; anything delicate is the wrong call.

Winter evenings

From November it is genuinely cold, and the dress is only half the outfit. Fleece-lined opaque tights are invisible and change everything; velvet and heavier satin are warmer than crepe or chiffon; carry the heels and wear the boots — everyone here does. Getting the size right the first time

There is no fitting room here, so measurements do the work. It takes ten minutes and saves a return.

1. Measure over bare skin or thin underwear, wearing the bra you plan to wear with the dress — a padded bra moves the bust measurement by several centimetres.
2. Take four numbers: bust, underbust, waist and hips. Keep the tape level all the way round; the most common mistake is letting it ride up at the back.
3. Match them to the size chart, which maps our sizes to US, UK and EU equivalents.
4. Between two sizes, size up on anything structured. A seam can be taken in; fabric cannot be added.

For corset and bustier styles the deciding measurement is underbust, not bust — a boned bodice has almost no give and has to sit correctly vertically as well. Our corset sizing guide covers it, and the measuring guide walks through each number.

Returns, and what happens if it doesn’t fit

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging. Email us with your order number and we reply with instructions — please don’t send anything back before that, as unannounced returns can go astray.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the parcel reaching us. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
