Four steps, no post office
The route runs every day in three windows, and the driver is ours rather than a carrier. You choose the day in the cart, we confirm about an hour ahead, and none of it costs you anything.

02 · Fitting at the door
Order both sizes. Keep one.
Between an S and an M? Ask for both in the cart. The courier waits while you try them, takes back the one that doesn’t fit, and you pay only for the dress that stays. No return postage, no waiting for a refund, no guessing from a size chart.
It matters most on corseted and bustier styles, where a single centimetre decides the fit, and whenever you are buying for a fixed date — a wedding, a graduation, a party where there is no time for a second attempt.

What Calgary dresses for
Calgary packs its dressing into short, intense stretches: a compressed summer of weddings, ten days of Stampede, and a winter long enough to change what a dress has to do.
June — September
Wedding season
Mountain venues, Bragg Creek, downtown rooftops. A midi that photographs well and survives a long evening outdoors after the sun drops.
July
Stampede
Ten days when the dress code shifts city-wide. Denim and boots by day; the evening parties still want something with a waist.
November — March
Winter evenings
Velvet and heavier satin earn their place. Opaque fleece-lined tights are invisible under a dark hem and change the arithmetic entirely.
April — June
Graduation
Convocation in the afternoon, dinner after. One dress that reads correct in a hall of parents and still works at a table at eight.

Measure once, order right
In Calgary you can order two sizes and decide at the door — but starting from real measurements still saves everyone time.
For corset and bustier styles the deciding measurement is underbust, not bust — a boned bodice has almost no give and has to sit correctly vertically as well.
- Measure over bare skin or thin underwear, wearing the bra you plan to wear with the dress — a padded bra moves the bust measurement by several centimetres.
- Take four numbers: bust, underbust, waist and hips. Keep the tape level all the way round; the usual mistake is letting it ride up at the back. The measuring guide walks through each one.
- Match them to the size chart, which maps our sizes to US, UK and EU equivalents.
- Between two sizes, order both — that is what the courier fitting is for. Outside the zone, size up on anything structured.

How each cloth behaves
Satin
Catches light and photographs beautifully after dark, but shows every crease. Steam it — never iron.
Velvet
Warm, forgiving and firmly autumn–winter. The right answer for a Calgary December.
Matte crepe
Reads expensive in any light. Choose it when the dress has to work at an afternoon ceremony and an evening reception both.

Frequently asked
Is courier delivery in Calgary really free?
Yes, on any order, with no minimum. The warehouse is in the city and the courier is ours, so there is no carrier to pay. Enter a postcode inside the zone and the cart switches to free courier by itself.
How soon can it arrive?
From the next day onwards — you choose the date and the window that suit you, up to six weeks ahead. We confirm by message before the courier sets out.
How does trying two sizes work?
Choose a second size in the Try a second size field in the cart. The courier brings both and waits while you try them on, takes back the one you don’t want, and you are charged only for the dress you keep.
Do you deliver to Airdrie, Okotoks or Chestermere?
Yes — Airdrie (T4A, T4B), Cochrane (T4C), Okotoks (T1S) and Chestermere (T1X) are all inside the courier zone on the same terms as the city, fitting included.
Can I come to the warehouse and try things on?
No — it is a warehouse, not a showroom: no fitting rooms, no mirrors, no staff on the floor. The courier fitting exists precisely so you don’t have to travel. For in-person fittings our boutique is in New York.
What if my size is sold out?
Choose the size on the product page and use Notify me when available. You’ll get an email the moment it is back — we use that list to decide what to restock first.
What if I change my mind after the courier leaves?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund, or within 30 days for store credit. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging. Email us with your order number and we reply with instructions.
