Two sizes, one visit

Torn between sizes? Ask for both in the cart. The courier brings the two, waits while you try them on, and takes back the one that doesn’t fit. You pay only for the dress you keep — no return label, no post office, no waiting for the refund.

This matters most on corset and bustier styles, where underbust decides the fit, and whenever you are buying for a fixed date.

All Edmonton postal codes: T5A–T5Z and T6A–T6X, plus St. Albert (T8N) and Sherwood Park (T8A, T8B, T8C, T8H). Beyond that the order ships by tracked courier — free over $250, flat $21 below.

There is no walk-in store in Edmonton: orders are placed online and brought to your door.

The long winter

Six months of it, and the dress is half the outfit. Velvet and heavy satin hold warmth in a way chiffon never will; fleece-lined opaque tights are invisible under a hem; a long coat over a short dress reads intentional. Weddings and graduations

Getting the size right the first time

There is no fitting room here, so measurements do the work. It takes ten minutes and saves a return.

1. Measure over bare skin or thin underwear, wearing the bra you plan to wear with the dress — a padded bra moves the bust measurement by several centimetres.
2. Take four numbers: bust, underbust, waist and hips. Keep the tape level all the way round; the most common mistake is letting it ride up at the back.
3. Match them to the size chart, which maps our sizes to US, UK and EU equivalents.
4. Between two sizes, size up on anything structured. A seam can be taken in; fabric cannot be added.

For corset and bustier styles the deciding measurement is underbust, not bust — a boned bodice has almost no give and has to sit correctly vertically as well. Our corset sizing guide covers it, and the measuring guide walks through each number.

Returns, and what happens if it doesn’t fit

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging. Email us with your order number and we reply with instructions — please don’t send anything back before that, as unannounced returns can go astray.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the parcel reaching us. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
