Data deletion

CLIPSE CRM is the customer-service system of the Clipse fashion brand (OS Strategy Ltd.).

What data we keep

When you message @clipsebrand.shop on Instagram, comment on our posts, or message our Facebook Page Clipse.brand, our customer-service system stores:

• your Instagram username and the scoped ID that Meta provides;
• the text and attachments of the messages and comments you sent to us, and our replies;
• the date and time of each message.

We use this data only to answer you and to process your orders. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.

How to delete your data

1. Send an e-mail to info@the-clipse.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include your Instagram username (or the name of your Facebook profile) so we can find your conversations.
3. We will delete your messages, comments and profile data from our system within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

You can also send the same request as a direct message to @clipsebrand.shop.

How to remove the app’s access

If you connected your own Facebook or Instagram account to CLIPSE CRM, you can remove its access at any time: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select CLIPSE CRM → Remove.
