Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Canada: 2–7 business days
• United States: 4–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak periods. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

International orders: import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Clipse is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout — please review your details before completing your order.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, contact us at info@the-clipse.com within 7 days and we’ll help.
